Return conditions

Return / Withdrawal

    You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. The items you return must be unused and in the same condition as you received them, including the original packaging and all components.
    If the reason for the return is that the item being returned is faulty or does not match what you ordered, we will pay the return and reshipment costs and you will not be responsible for the costs.
    If the reason for the return is that you are not satisfied with the order, we will refund the amount of your purchase, excluding the cost of transport to collect the product(s) to be returned.

    TRANSPORT COSTS OF COLLECTION PER PRODUCT:

*If the customer decides to send the defective product at his own expense, the customer shall bear the cost of returning the product.
